We stayed at the Graduate by Hilton Princeton for a birthday weekend getaway for my boyfriend, and I couldn’t have picked a better place. I had a specific vision in mind for his 31st birthday, and Kat, the office manager, along with her team, made everything come together so seamlessly. I reached out ahead of time, and when we arrived, everything was set up exactly as I had hoped. The hotel has such a cool vibe - cozy, stylish, and very “Princeton.” The aesthetic throughout the building is beautiful, especially around the holidays, and check-in was quick and easy. The location is unbeatable. It’s steps away from everything, and after doing a Princeton walking tour, it was so nice to come back and relax. If you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or special occasion, this is absolutely the place to stay. I highly recommend reaching out to the staff ahead of time - they truly go above and beyond. We will definitely be back.

Although we didn’t stay overnight, my wife and I stopped into The Graduate after touring Princeton’s campus to relax and enjoy a coffee. The lobby is beautiful. Warm, thoughtfully designed, and complemented by a charming coffee shop and restaurant. We each had a coffee, which was good, but the standout for us was the atmosphere. It was incredibly cozy and inviting, the kind of place where you can comfortably sit, unwind, and have a conversation or study. They were just beginning to decorate for the holiday season, which added an extra layer of warmth. While I can’t speak to the rooms, our overall experience was very positive, and it’s a wonderful spot to take a pause and enjoy the moment.

I completely disagree with some of the other negative reviews. Hotel is really nice. Staff was fantastic. Room was small but super nice. Can’t beat the location. Staff personally checked in with me during my visit to make sure everything was good. Hotel lobby is amazing. Decor is perfect for Princeton. Food and drinks are excellent. Valet parking seemed expensive but is the same price if you park in a nearby garage. I will definitely be back.

I recently completed my second stay at the Graduate Princeton, and once again, it was an exceptional experience. I spent two nights there and found everything to be great, reaffirming why I consistently recommend this hotel to both my international colleagues and personal friends. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the remarkable service following a hectic morning of departure. In my rush, I accidentally left several items in the room safe—including an expensive wallet containing cash and credit cards. The staff’s honesty and integrity were beyond measure; every single item was recovered and returned to me. It is rare to find such a dedicated and trustworthy team. I am incredibly grateful for their professionalism and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for anyone visiting Princeton.

We only came in for drinks and an early evening appetizer. The decor and vibe is excellent and well worth visiting. The service was friendly, prompt and professional at all times. We had the Eggplant Bolognese as an appetizer and to be honest it was rather mediocre, lacking flavor IMHO. But I'm certainly not lowering the rating without actually having a full dinner. We will be back again for dinner and more detailed review...

This hotel is a vibe. Came here with my wife for a “workcation” and it was perfect. The main lobby was a great place for us to work and then after the bar served great cocktails. Our room was really nice too and one day we hope to be back again. FYI (We went on a weekday and weekends tend to to be busier)

Wow, what a beauty of a hotel. Loved the theme and even the room keys look like a student id. Spent an evening there for a gala at another hotel. outstanding check in service! the young man was personable, very warm and even offered me hot tea with lemon when he noticed i kept clearing my throat. i wish i could remember his name! the room was also VERY dope, but very, very dark which made it hard to get dressed for my affair. Lord knows I had to throw caution to the wind when it came to my outfit, makeup and hair. lol! and while there is overhead lighting, the dark wallpaper still made it hard to see. my rate included breakfast which was pretty good!! but the service was sooooooooooooooo slow. I had to get up and go to the bar for a coke and water. not a big deal, but there is room for opportunity here. would definetly stay here again. i really enjoyed the theme of the hotel (NAILED IT), the lobby area looks like a library and appears to be a lively space for drinks during the evening. overall, nice job to this hotel! took a star off for the dark room and SLOW breakfast service. CLEARLY, this hotel understands that the front desk is our first impression, and they nailed it. the young man at the front desk when I checked out was also very sweet, and incredibly kind!!! thanks so much!

We made a last-minute reservation for my parents, and Mr. Shahid went above and beyond to accommodate them in a handicap-accessible room. He was incredibly professional, kind & genuinely helpful throughout the process, which made everything so much easier for us. The hotel itself is amazing & beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and very welcoming. My parents especially appreciated the cleanliness and the warmth of the staff members. They truly enjoyed their stay. Highly recommended for the excellent service and outstanding hospitality!
